The Union of Cooperatives of Theraine Products, Santo, was founded in 1947. Today it is one of the most dynamic Cooperatives in Greece with 1200 members. Santo's commitment is the preservation of local tradition and history, the protection of traditional crops, the production of wines and traditional local products of Santorini Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) of high quality and the sustainable agricultural development of the island
